William W Thousand, CPA, is the founder and principal partner of Thousand, CPA, LLC and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and possesses more than 45 years of outstanding public accounting experience assisting clients in a large number of different industries. He excels at assisting clients with a broad range of business and tax services, including an extensive background in financial statement preparation.
Bill is well-known for his professionalism and well-rounded business services. He guides individuals and businesses effortlessly toward their financial success. His professional background has given him well-versed business expertise and an exclusive level of skill in understanding clients' visions and goals.
Bill believes in community and has committed himself to this principle by regularly volunteering his time to boards and organizations such as: the Mount Horeb Police Commission and the Board of Directors for Madison Ice, Inc. He is also a member of hte Vietnam Veterans Chapter, VFW, and the American Legion.

Amy F Czyzewski became partner at Thousand CPA, LLC on January 1, 2017 after joining the team of well-known professionals at Thousand CPA, LLC in 2011. She brought with her a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marian University in Fond du Lac, WI and a minor in Applied Information Technology. Along with her credentials, she spent six years working in the corporate accounting industry and two years in public accounting.
Amy's knowledge has gained her a wide range of experience in general accounting practices. She has exceptional multi-dimensional accounting expertise that comes from working for nearly 20 years with individuals and businesses in a variety of fields. Amy’s remarkable insight is unique, her ability to anticipate client needs and meet their goals a product of her outstanding work history.
She excels at preparing individual, partnership, corporate and nonprofit tax returns. Amy's excellent accounting skills also benefits her clients, helping her to service them with a multitude of tasks including: compiling financial statements, processing client payroll, bookkeeping and many other general accounting services. Clients can also rely on her to provide training on the QuickBooks accounting systems.
Amy has grown up in the Mount Horeb community and in her professional career she has built lasting positive and professional relationships throughout this community. She greatly treasures time spent with her family and friends, especially her husband and their two children.
Ally Nimz became partner at Thousand CPA, LLC on August 1, 2019 after joining the team of well-known professionals at Thousand CPA, LLC in 2012. She brought with her a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Upper Iowa University. She is continuing her education and career by taking the CPA exam.
Ally enjoys and values working with clients and is dedicated to meet each client’s goals. She is experienced with preparing individual, business, and estate/trust tax returns. Her dedication to providing accurate tax planning projections and consultations is valuable. She also has a strong knowledge of payroll processing and reporting, bookkeeping, and financial statements. Ally is proficient in Sage, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Accounting CS.
Ally grew up on a family farm near Mount Horeb and loves being part of the community. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors.
Chantelle Vogt joined the team of well-known professionals at Thousand CPA, LLC in late December 2016 as a Senior Accountant, bringing with her a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting earned in May 2013 and Master’s Degree in Accountancy earned in May 2014 from Edgewood College.
Chantelle has several years of public accounting experience. Her specialty is payroll processing and reporting, bookkeeping, and financial statements for small businesses. She enjoys meeting with new clients and getting all their payroll needs established. Chantelle is also experienced in preparing individual and business tax returns. She is proficient in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Accounting CS.
Chantelle grew up in Mount Horeb and loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys watching and playing sports and camping in the summertime.
Kevin Sutter,Senior Accountant,joined the team of well-known professionals at Thousand CPA, LLC in January 2018. He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Kevin is currently studying for his CPA and is preparing to sit for his first CPA exam this Fall.
Kevin has over 3 years of public accounting experience preparing individual and business tax returns. He especially enjoys working with individuals while preparing their complex tax returns. Kevin also is well versed in payroll processing and reporting, bookkeeping, and preparing and reviewing financial statements. Kevin is experienced in Sage, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Accounting CS and various other software.
Kevin grew up on a family farm in Mount Horeb. He enjoys spending quality time with family (especially his nephew) and friends.
Becca Thompson, CPA, joined the team of well-known professionals at Thousand CPA, LLC in September 2019. She brought with her a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Carthage College.
Becca has 8 years of public accounting experience in tax planning, preparation, and review. Prior to relocating to Mount Horeb and joining Thousand CPA, LLC Becca was a Manager at Deloitte Tax. Becca specializes in tax planning and preparing complex tax returns for both individuals and businesses while working closely with our clients. She also has a strong knowledge of bookkeeping and preparing and reviewing financial statements. Becca is proficient in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Accounting CS.
Becca is the Treasurer for the Town of Vermont and volunteers her time with Children's Community School in Mount Horeb. She loves this community and is happy to serve our clients. She enjoys biking, yoga, cooking and being active outside with her family.
Rebecca Fowler-McGinley joined the team of well-known professionals at Thousand CPA, LLC in December 2020 as the Operations Manager. She brought with her a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with Emphasis in Finance and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
She has over 20 years of experience in Operations pertaining to financial industry operations. Rebecca is focused on providing an efficient and effective client experience. She is responsible for streamlining Thousand CPA's internal processes and for the CPA firm's communications and administrative processes. She also gained valuable experience this year in preparting individual tax returns and looks forward to continuing her tax education.
Rebecca grew up on a small family farm in Cuba City, WI and loves spending time with her family and friends. She volunteers her time on the Board of Directors for Wisconsin Academy for Graduate Service Dogs (WAGS). She enjoys being outside, especially golfing in the summer and loves to cheer on the Badgers!
Keith White joined the team of well-known professionals at Thousand CPA, LLC in September 2021 as an Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Lakeland University, 2021, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications: Radio, TV, Film from UW-Madison, 2010. He brings with him over 10 years of experience in customer service and 3 years of managerial accounting experience in accounts payable for a large sales company.
Keith is excited to begin a long career in public accounting with the team at Thousand CPA, LLC. He is looking forward to working with both individuals and businesses to meet their financial goals with a high standard of professionalism, quality and integrity. He enjoys learning everything he can about the public accounting profession and is ready for his first tax season as a professional accountant in 2022.
Keith grew up in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and has lived primarily in the Madison area since 2006. He currently lives in Mount Horeb with his wife and two young children and couldn’t be happier living in this wonderful community. He enjoys music, gardening and visiting Wisconsin supper clubs.
